Tony Robbins once said “The only thing that’s keeping you from getting what you want is the story you keep telling yourself.”
Self-limiting beliefs are the sentences that starts with I can’t, I won’t or I shouldn’t. It is your assumption about yourself that you have a wall over everything.
Have you ever wondered though, if it could be YOU holding yourself back from achieving success or, if you possibly limit your results because of what you believe? I understand what you feel. Last year I’ve been doubting myself. I am hesitant to venture to new things because I am fearful that what if I can’t do it wholeheartedly or people will judge me or I am not enough?
Then it hits me. I realize “BELIEFS ARE NOT FACTS”. You can overcome it!!! I’m no expert but here’s what works for me:
- Identify & Acknowledge your self-limiting beliefs
- Do the things you are limiting yourself - just for 2 minutes! Then start from their
- Establish new habits
- Journal
- Trust your process!
