Job Position: Professional Copywriter (FULL TIME)
Work from Home Set Up
Description: We are looking to hire a dedicated and professional copywriter to create content that will attract investors for commercial real estate investment. This includes articles, scripts, social media captions and emails.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent writing skills and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary: $5.50 per hour (40 hours a week)
Objectives:
• Produce well-researched original content for blogs, articles, post descriptions, social media, and the company website
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, post descriptions, videos, and blogs
• Research on the client business and their services to understand the requirement of the client
• Write eye-catching and appropriate titles and descriptions to attract commercial real estate investors
• Information added should be factually correct as well as relevant to the business
• Ensure there is a proper structure and flow to the written content
• Check that the content is free from errors and inconsistencies
• Proofread the content and take constructive feedback where needed to produce the best results
• Provide content within the specified deadline
Qualifications Needed:
• Excellent copywriting skills in English are essential
• 1-2 years experience in copywriting is required
• Knows how to use psychology in writing
• Must be well-organized
• Preferably has sales and marketing knowledge
• Commercial real estate knowledge is preferred but not required

Internet Speed:
