🗓️ Target Start: ASAP| Remote/Flexible Hours

💬 What you'll bring to SocialFilo:

Mandatory Experience
• 2 to 4 years in:
-Social customer care
-Contact centre operations
-Community management for regulated or high-risk brands

• Proven experience handling:
-High inbound volumes (chat, social, or messaging)
-Angry, distressed, or anxious customers
-Scripted and compliance-bound responses

• Prior exposure to:
-Product recalls, service outages, complaints spikes, or crisis events

• Hands-on experience with:
-Sprinklr, Khoros, or Salesforce Social Studio

• Experience working in 24x7 shift environments
-Platform Experience (Strongly Preferred)

• Ability to:
-Tag, triage, and escalate conversations accurately
-Follow platform-based workflows without deviation

Skills and Competencies

Communication and Judgment
• Exceptional written English with:
-Neutral, controlled, non-reactive tone
-Ability to de-escalate emotionally charged conversations

• High compliance orientation:
-Comfort working from scripts and matrices
-No improvisation in regulated contexts

SocialFilo is expanding its CXaaS and digital consulting portfolio across Australia and the Philippines, and we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can help us accelerate this growth.

• Opening doors to enterprise and agency clients
• Building pipelines using Apollo.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
• Shaping proposals and client strategies with our consulting and creative teams
