- 50% balance should be paid before we release / ship / deliver the items.

PRODUCTION / LEAD TIME PROCESS
- Lead time starts from the date the downpayment was settled and once all details for layout are provided.
- Monday - Friday (working days)
2 - 3 working days layout lead time
Within 24 hours - revision (if any)
3 - 5 working days production lead time (depending on the QTY)
- Total estimated lead time is 5-9 working days.
*Shipping / delivery days not included in lead time.
*Any changes by the customer might cause a delay. Please make sure to provide complete and final details.

RUSH ORDERS
- We accept rush order with additional fee.
- Lead time for rush orders is 2 - 5 days. (starts once the payment and details are completed)
- Rush Fee depends on the quantity and when is needed.

LAYOUT
- We provide free basic layout for minimum orders (selected items only).
- We do not do photo background removal. Photo to be included should be as is. Only cropping is possible.
- Max 2 photos only per layout.
- Should you have a desired design you want our artist to use as preference, kindly send it to us right after sending the layout details. But please take note that our artist may not be able to copy the exact same layout and will only use it as a guide.
- Only max 3 MINOR REVISIONS are allowed once draft is already made. Our artist reserves the right to refuse further revisions. Creating a new different layout from the draft layout created will be subject to layout fee.
- Please ensure all details are correct as soon as you receive the final revised layout. Should you miss to correct any details, and the item has already been produced, we will not be liable to reproduce the finished product.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- For Metro Manila customer, we always use Lalamove for faster delivery / shipping.
- For Provincial customers, for small items we use LBC. No other courier can deliver faster and accurate than LBC. We require customers to use LBC. For large items, we can use bus to bus or other courier like AP Cargo (takes more time).
- For shipping cost, we will send you the estimated cost for reference.
