We’re hiring: Public Relations Intern!

Ready to kickstart your career in PR, marketing, and digital communications?

Ardent Communications is looking for a Public Relations Intern to support our communications and marketing initiatives through creative, trend-responsive, and data-informed work.

What you’ll do:
✨ Create visually engaging content for events and EDM (email marketing) campaigns
✨ Support newsletter writing, blog writing, and daily social media posting
✨ Help develop press materials and pitch notes for media outreach
✨ Conduct basic keyword research to improve digital content performance
✨ Support partnership-building and stakeholder engagement efforts
✨ Assist in executing trend-based campaigns and events aligned with audience insights

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Interested in communications, marketing, PR, journalism, or related fields
✔ Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
✔ Comfortable with writing and digital content creation
✔ Able to balance creative ex*****on with research-based tasks
✔ Available to start immediately

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience, close mentorship, and direct exposure to real campaigns in a fast-paced communications environment.

Ardent Communications mounted the "Powering the Journey: Enabling Everyday Electric Mobility" VinFast VF6 Media Test Drive, bringing together close to 50 media and KOLs for a two-day drive from Caloocan to Laguna, designed to showcase the VF6’s real-world performance, efficiency, and everyday practicality across typical Philippine driving conditions.

From city traffic to long highway stretches, participants experienced key features firsthand, including acceleration, handling, energy efficiency, and braking performance under controlled test conditions.

More than just a drive, the experience reinforced a clear message: the VinFast VF6 delivers reliable performance, energy efficiency, and everyday practicality—proving it can handle real-world Filipino driving conditions with confidence.

Congratulations to our founder and CEO, Ana Pista, on being named Strategic Communication Leader of the Year at the inaugural Strategic Global Awards.

Organized by the Brussels-based communications leadership platform Strategic, the awards recognize PR and communications practitioners who are shaping the industry through impactful storytelling and innovative ex*****on.

As one of only six honorees worldwide, Ana was recognized for her visionary leadership at Ardent Communications. Since 1997, she has grown Ardent from a small tech PR startup into one of the Philippines’ leading integrated communications firms.

Her influence extends well beyond the agency. Ana currently serves as President of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines and is the first Filipina to be appointed to the Board of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management.

This recognition underscores not only Ana’s leadership, but also the standard of excellence she continues to champion at Ardent—pushing the practice of PR and communications in the Philippines forward.
