Walking through history, architecture, and culture at the Philippine International Convention Center.
As interest in heritage-based experiences continues to grow, Lakad Pamana: A Heritage Walk invited members of the Diplomatic Corps and Embassies, associations and corporate clients, and leaders from the tourism and hospitality sectors on an immersive journey through PICC’s historic halls, iconic Brutalist architecture, treasured artworks, and newly renovated spaces.
More than a tour, the experience offered guests a firsthand look at how one of the country's most significant cultural landmarks preserves its legacy while evolving for the future. Through exclusive access to restored areas and stories behind the institution’s architecture, art, and history, participants gained a deeper appreciation of the PICC as both a National Cultural Treasure and a world-class events venue.
The walk highlighted how heritage can be made meaningful and relevant to modern audience, connecting the past with the present through culture, design, and shared experiences.
