Possible Storms began as a solo invitation for artist Pardo de Leon, then became an act of generosity: making room for senior artists, many exhibiting in Manila for the first time.

As Melvin Mangada, our CCO, who also helped shape the exhibition, shared, the show conveys “both the indomitable nature of the human spirit, and the endless possibilities afforded by focused creativity.” He adds, quoting a colleague in advertising: “This exhibit is a statement about friendship, art, emotions and all things that make us humans.”

Here are moments from opening night at Blanc Gallery—where the “storms” aren’t chaos, but possibility. On view until Dec 30.
