STORY TIME:
Our video editor posted the pending video list based on priority…
My client confirmed it looked perfect (Jan 15) ✅

But here’s the thing…
One listing we shot 5 days ago was missing from the list. 😮‍💨
Which meant we suddenly only had 4 days left to deliver it — and that’s a TIGHT timeline, especially with the volume of pending video orders and the level of quality we deliver. 🔥

Thankfully, I caught it right away!
✅ called it out immediately
✅ created the Slack channel for that order
✅ sent all the links (raw vids, 3D tour, floorplans, photos, everything)
✅ organized the clips so the editor can move FAST

Because when you’re booked like crazy, missing one “small detail” isn’t small anymore…
It turns into late delivery, stress, unhappy clients, and reputation damage. 😬

That’s what I do as a VA — I oversee the backend, protect the timeline, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks so your business stays consistent. 💪

After spending more than 10 years in the corporate world — starting as a call center agent and working my way up to Operations Manager — I learned everything about communication, leadership, client retention, and running smooth, revenue-driven operations. I loved the work... but not the life that came with it.

Every day meant 2–3 hours of traffic each way — I was spending more time on the road than with my family. That’s when it hit me — I could use all those years of experience helping big companies grow to help real people grow their own businesses instead.
