Happy Women's Month!
We are belatedly announcing that we have become a signatory to the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEP) since July last year. There are 210 signatories from the Philippines as of date.
WEP is a set of seven principles established by UN Women and the UN Global Compact that guide businesses on how to empower women in the workplace, marketplace, and community to promote gender equality. With over 11,000 signatory CEOs globally, the framework focuses on high-level corporate leadership, fair treatment, employee health, education, and transparent reporting.
