✓ Responsible for researching data for proposals & strategies

✓ Works with the designer in creating ideas and drawing storyboards for advertising content.

✓ Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed or directed by client.

✓ Research up to date social media platforms, trends and explore different ideas and concepts for both the visual and verbal elements in tandem with the creative team.

✓ Create reports on any work research projects needed by the client.

✓ Responsible for creating written content and strategy for social media, website development, design, photo and video production, presentations, and presentations for the team an/or for the client.

Requirements:

1. At least one (1) year of experience, preferably within an agency, media, or similar creative company.

2. Knowledgeable in branding and digital marketing

3. Above average skills in creative writing

4. Ability to work under pressure, as well as troubleshoot and meet deadlines

5. Articulate, communicative, and has a poised, professional presence

6. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8. Familiar with Google Drive, Trello, Slack, and other communication and project management platforms

✓ Ensure tasks have clear objectives, timings, ownership and deliverables.

✓ Drive projects daily and oversee all account admins.

✓ Own the production process, timings, and details.

✓ Oversee monthly finance updates. Ensure approval of estimates before starting jobs and support reconciliations.

✓ Clear point of view on work. Understand how strategy shapes creative and judge if it is on-brand. Help prepare and sell the work.

✓ Day to day relationships with clients across multiple projects. Have articulate conversations with clients to manage feedback and get our best work through.
