GUTEZA IS LIABLE FOR PERJURY UNDER SENATE RULES.

After disappearing from the public eye, Guteza’s filed affidavit and Senate testimony have collapsed under the weight of truth and facts.

Atty. Petchu Espera has categorically denied signing Guteza’s affidavit. Meanwhile, Mark Bunagan and Allan Colesio have both submitted properly executed and legally filed affidavits that directly contradict Guteza’s statements.

Former Justice Secretary and now Ombudsman Boying Remulla even invited Guteza to personally verify his claims, but he has since gone missing.

He is either in hiding or being hidden by those who fear the legal consequences of his false testimony.

With these developments, Guteza and his handlers may now face possible perjury charges.

Under Philippine law, perjury is committed when a person willfully makes a false statement under oath about a material matter. It is punishable by a fine of up to ₱1 million and imprisonment from 6 years and 1 day to 12 years, depending on whether the offender is a public official or a private individual.

Nasaan na nga ba si Orly Guteza?

Base sa mga reports, wala pang nakakaalam ng tiyak na lokasyon niya o kung nasaan siya ngayon para idepensa ang kanyang mga sinabi.

No-Show sa DOJ: Dapat siyang mag-meet with Justice Secretary Remulla sa Department of Justice (DOJ) para i-evaluate ang kanyang affidavit at baka maipasok sa Witness Protection Program (WPP), pero hindi siya dumating.

Ipinapahanap ng DOJ: Dahil dito, ipinapahanap na ng DOJ si Guteza para makuha ang kanyang tiyak na address at masilbihan siya ng subpoena.

❓ Mga Tanong Tungkol sa Kanyang Testimony
"Surprise Witness" 😲: Nagulat ang Senate Blue Ribbon Committee sa pagpapakilala kay Guteza dahil walang courtesy notice na ibinigay sa Chairman ng Komite. Si Sen. Marcoleta ang nagpakilala sa kanya.

Fake Affidavit/Notarization:

Ang notary public na nakalagay sa affidavit ni Guteza ay dine-deny na sila ang nag-notarize at nagsabing "falsified and unauthorized" ang signature at details.

Dahil dito, ang credibility ng sinumpaang salaysay niya at ni Guteza ay kinuwestiyon. Sabi ni Sen. Lacson, pwedeng ma-liable for perjury si Guteza.

Saan ang Corroboration?

Si Guteza lang ang tanging nag-uugnay kay Romualdez sa anomaly.

Wala siyang naibigay na documentary evidence para suportahan ang kanyang allegations.

Ang mga nabanggit niyang kasama raw niya sa pag-deliver ng pera ay nagbigay din ng affidavit na salungat sa kwento niya.

Romualdez at Co Denials: Mariing dine-deny nina dating Speaker Romualdez ang mga paratang ni Guteza. Tinawag ni Romualdez itong "complete fabrication" at "product of coaching" para sa pulitikal na dahilan.

Kahit hindi siya nagpakita sa DOJ, sinabi ni Sen. Lacson na plano pa rin nilang imbitahin si Retired TSgt Orly Guteza sa muling pagpapatuloy ng Blue Ribbon hearing.
