There’s an untold grief in choosing to walk away from a toxic job or difficult client, a grief we rarely discuss.

While we often expect relief in stepping away from what no longer serves us, we forget the long-lasting impacts these decisions carry. These experiences don’t just end when we say goodbye – they leave behind trauma and unanswered questions, and the journey of moving on is complex.

The exhaustion of surviving spaces not built for us
The frustration of unrealistic expectations and unfulfilled promises
The sorrow of leaving good people behind
The toll on mental health and self-worth
The lingering “what-ifs” of what could have been

Whether you left a job or ended a client relationship out of self-respect, your grief is valid.

Moving forward requires both getting out and getting over the toxic dynamics that once convinced us we didn’t deserve better.

I have consistently been the recipient of the "Most Behaved" award during my primary and high school days, perhaps due to my introverted nature.

I've always found peace in silence.

As I've grown older, I've started to appreciate the beauty of silence even more.

Please don't misunderstand me. I do want to express myself, share my thoughts, and be heard. However, in this noisy world, it's crucial that we know when to embrace silence.

I want to know what you're up to and understand your business. 🧐

I attended a workshop hosted by one of my clients. It wasn't something I had to do, but since I provide lead generation services, I thought it'd be good to dive into what my clients are all about.

I want to understand what they sell and who they're selling to.

Sure, I can do this online or during calls to gather info, but if possible, I prefer meeting face-to-face.

Being there and seeing how your client's business actually runs helps me create a better plan for generating leads.

Another prospect willing to know more about my services 🙏

So the question is, ganito ba kadali makakuha ng clients sa freelancing?

Answer: NO.

Freelancing is also a business. Treat it as a business.

You need to strategize. You need to be creative. You need to do many things para magkaroon ng tuloy tuloy na pasok ng clients.
