Have you heard of the saying "targeting everyone results to targeting nobody"?
Kung hindi pa, para sa'yo ito; kung oo naman, basahin mo pa rin baka may mapulot kang bago. 😁
Napag-usapan natin before kung ano yung customer avatar - they are the representation of your ideal customers. Sila yung mga tao na gusto mong bumili ng products mo or mag-avail ng services mo.
So Ars, bakit nga importante ang customer avatar?
Kapag nakuha mo na yung important details like age, gender, income, interests, challenges, and a lot more mas madali mo na silang maiintindihan. The more you figure them out, the better you’ll understand WHY your ideal customer wants your product or service. Kung paano mo sila kausapin, how to make them buy, what headlines will catch their attention will greatly depend sa details ng customer avatar. Yung copy, creatives and marketing will be tailor fit for them, para magresonate sa kanila yung marketing materials mo. Yung mga ginagawang strategies kahit gaano pa kaganda yan, kapag hindi siya relevant sa tao hindi niya pag-aaksayahan ng panahong tingnan o basahin yung message mo.
Example ang niche natin is real estate and ang nasa listings mo ay farm land, tapos you are targeting Gen Z and Millennials working in the city. Do you think they would find it relevant kung bentahan mo sila ng farm land? Pwedeng meron pa rin naman bumili, let’s say for investment purposes. Pero sino ba usually yung ideal customer ng farm land? Yung mga may existing farm na gustong mag-expand, yung mga malapit na mag-retire at gusto magstay sa province in the future, yung mga gusto ng agri business.
So now na alam mo na yung importance of having customer avatar, will you still go target everyone or will you start making detailed information about your ideal customer/s?
