SPECIAL UPDATES :
We are looking for a new area, preferably a long wide street in Metro Manila which we will transform into the next “ TOURIST DESTINATION” the very same thing we did then in Emerald Avenue in Ortigas Center in a matter of 3 continuous years only. Ortigas Center though a business District, is second to Makati District Area, was seldom visited by fellow PINOYS from nearby provinces , and by those in other cities of Metro Manila, Their major reason, these people were not aware where Ortigas Center was located then. They were hesitant to go there for they thought, the area has costly restaurants too like Makati.
When BANCHETTO Emerald was positioned at night time up to overnight, on a once a week basis only . Then after a year, the call center people who frequented this area called their friends and relatives about BANCHETTO in Emerald. The perception of people about Ortigas Center, fastly Center fastly evolved right away by everyone who can reach it by land transportation, they began to utter, “I have to experience BANCHETTO, myself too!”
The weekly Overnight schedule suddenly became available to all Pinoys at the nearby provinces and other cities in the Metro, these Pinoys were “the new tourists ”from everywhere around Ortigas Center! Their purpose in going to Ortigas Center were to experience BANCHETTO, As they set foot, they murmured, “ Ah ito pala ang Ortigas center, ang ganda, ang daming buildings na matataas!”
As they flanked BANCHETTO, more invites to their own friends and relatives were sent simultaneously . On Their next visits each of them came with their own families and friends, multiplied again through the new visitors from around Ortigas Center,
Then a security guard told us that our weekly visitors had reached 10,000 buying visitors in each weekly Overnights. This number actually increased in every overnight. All the other kwento, we heard became a great history for BANCHETTO. More and more came including the balikbayans, and of course, the Foreigners from different countries around the globe! This feat, resulted to more business negosyo to residents and condo owners in ORTIGAS CENTER!
Therefore :
If you know of a wide long street or an area in Metro Manila!!that needs tourist destination. , pls coordinate with your Ciy MAYOR, or the DIRECT PROPERTY OWNER, asked to have a meeting with the Original BANCHETTO ‘.
