Introducing the refreshed look of Meralco Power Academy, Meralco’s premier training and education arm for the power and energy sector. Over the past few years, Whitewall has had the privilege of helping shape the brand architecture and visual identity of Meralco and its key sub-brands. This time, it was MPA’s turn for a refresh that highlights its growing role in building energy talent, while aligning more clearly within Meralco’s hybrid branded house.

Whitewall refreshed MPA by balancing Meralco’s strong brand identity with system cohesion, leveraging its visual equity while giving the Power Academy greater clarity and presence. The refreshed system introduces flexible logo configurations, a clearer hierarchy, and a unified, future-ready expression that positions MPA for its next wave of programs, partnerships, and advocacies.

Whitewall Design Studio was tasked with refreshing the university’s logo and building out a full visual brand system that would carry them forward—across internal documents, digital platforms, marketing materials, and even environmental graphic design.

Our approach respected the legacy of the mark while addressing inconsistencies, spacing, and usability. Alongside this, we created a brand book that covered logo applications, typography, color, and layout systems—giving UA&P clarity, consistency, and confidence.
