Philippines-China Language and Cultural Exchange Cooperation Center
To promote cultural exchanges among young people between the Philippines and China, the Innovation and Startups Through Train, jointly developed by Negros Oriental State University of the Philippines and Xuzhou Kindergarten Teachers College of China,has officially launched its trial operation under the guidance and support of Jiangsu Association for Friendship and International Exchanges.
The vocational and technical “Youth Express” setting off from this platform awaits a large cohort of English education Student-Teachers from Philippine public universities. Catering to diverse external-oriented employment demands and the requirements of Chinese universities offering technical and vocational programs, these student-Teachers are seeking public welfare exchange positions featuring strong technicality, solid professionalism and high practical applicability. The language resources and expertise provided by the Cooperation Center will serve as the cornerstone of mutual success. （If AFEP member universities participate in free English teaching, more than 1,000 Chinese learners can be reached each year）

The inaugural special service is the "Youth Express", a Chinese teaching high-speed link traveling from Xuzhou, Jiangsu to Dumaguete in the Visayas. Recently, three Chinese language student-teachers have delivered demonstration lectures on basic Mandarin courses. They will connect with undergraduate representatives from 12 public universities within the AFEP community, forming a reserve training force following the model of "Language Teaching First, Cultural Exchange to Follow". (Plan: 3 Chinese student-teachers every month, reaching 30 persons per university each year.)

We strive to achieve proficient listening, speaking, reading and writing, free mutual tuition, improved language ability and fruitful cultural exchanges. Our goal is to satisfy students from both countries and universities and attain outstanding academic outcomes.（30 student-teachers annually, reaching 100 persons through teaching.)
Two-way reciprocal language exchanges, shared investment in teaching resources, mutual support, integration, progress and enhancement, to foster friendly linguistic and cultural development between the Philippines and China. (Both sides can independently cultivate more language student-teachers each year.)
