✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course preferred
✅ At least 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, field operations, retail ex*****on, or sales support
✅ With supervisory or team leadership experience handling merchandisers, promoters, or field personnel
✅ Strong knowledge of planogram ex*****on, Share of Shelf (SOS), OSA, inventory management, and POSM deployment
✅ Ability to coach, motivate, and monitor field teams to achieve KPIs
✅ Good analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and field reporting systems/mobile apps
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Willing to do field work, store visits, and travel within assigned territories
✅ Results-oriented and organized
