To our Valued Customers,

Please be informed that PMVIC conducts vehicle inspections in accordance with the guidelines of the Land Transportation Office.

The Sound Level Test is part of the PMVIC testing process, which includes checking the muffler for excessive or modified exhaust noise.

After conducting the test, we can only issue the Motor Vehicle Inspection System Report (MVISR) reflecting the inspection results.

Please note that we cannot issue a Road Safety Certificate or separate muffler certification, as this is not within the scope of PMVIC. Our role is limited to conducting the required inspection and recording the results based on LTO standards.

For further clarification regarding certification requirements, you may directly contact the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
