URGENT HIRING: TIKTOK ADS MEDIA MANAGER
Location: Philippines (Remote/Permanent Work From Home)
About Us: Trndsttrs is a Gen Z-centric advertising agency based in the U.S., and we’re searching for an enthusiastic TikTok Ads expert who understands the pulse of the digital landscape and the U.S. market.
Job Status
- Options for Full-time (preferred) or Part-time employment.
- Expected work hours to be specified (e.g., 40 hours a week for full-time).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategize, develop and launch TikTok Spark Ads for clients.
- Set up client clients - including relevant pixels, audience, spend, etc.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimization to enhance content visibility across our platforms.
- Collaborate with our creative team to align campaign objectives and enhance ad performance.
- Identify market trends to craft unique and engaging TikTok ad experiences for our target demographics.
- Seamlessly coordinate with creative teams to ensure optimal content placement across the right digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze consumer behavior and interaction data.
- Generate insightful reports on key metrics, goal achievements, revenue tracking, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Paid Media, specifically TikTok Spark Ads.
- Experience with TikTok Ship (optional, but preferred)
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting.
- Solid understanding of the U.S. market dynamics.
- Proven track record in e-commerce campaign management.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns on diverse platforms will be advantageous.
- Willingness to work nighttime hours (flexibility provided).
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $600.
