The matter has already been discussed and resolved privately between the involved parties, and both sides have already settled the issue respectfully. Because of this, we kindly ask everyone to refrain from spreading further hate, negativity, or additional public comments regarding the situation.

While we understand that concerns were raised publicly, we also hope everyone understands that the issue involved the actions of one individual and does not represent the entire ELS team. Necessary internal actions have already been taken, and we are continuing to improve our communication and management processes moving forward.

We also respectfully ask everyone to avoid dragging or involving the brand any further, as they have already been informed and the concern has been properly handled privately.

We would like to formally address the issue currently circulating in ugc group involving ELS and Ellana. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the situation and for any discomfort or inconvenience caused to the creators, partners, and everyone involved.

We would also like to clarify that prior to this being posted publicly in the group, the ELS team did not receive any direct concern, report, or formal escalation regarding the matter. We would have appreciated the opportunity to be informed privately first so we could immediately address the issue internally and prevent it from escalating further.

After internally reviewing the situation, we have already removed and replaced the admin involved in the incident. As the ELS team, we are taking full accountability for what happened and are currently handling the matter internally to ensure proper actions and improvements moving forward.

We also hope everyone understands that the actions of one admin do not reflect the behavior, values, or intentions of the entire admin team. The rest of the team remains committed to maintaining professionalism, respect, and healthy communication with all creators and partners.

We also kindly ask everyone to please refrain from dragging or repeatedly mentioning Ellana regarding this issue, as the concern is already being managed directly by the ELS team. We highly value our partnership and relationship with the brand, and we do not want further misunderstandings or unnecessary involvement affecting them.

Moving forward, we will reinforce stricter communication standards within the team to ensure that all interactions with creators and partners remain professional, respectful, and properly handled at all times.
