About the Role
As a CBRE Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing top-notch graphic design materials. This role is part of our creative team, developing visuals that align with our organization's image, identity, and brand.
What You'll Do:
🎨 Design both print and digital marketing materials using corporate templates (websites, brochures, floor plans, etc.).
🔍 Ensure artwork and copy are the correct size, type, and style to follow company branding guidelines.
📝 Prepare and provide creative drafts and samples to clients and management for review, making edits as necessary based on collaborative feedback.
🤝 Collaborate with client managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand assignments, audience, message, and layout.
💰 Provide clients with cost estimates for all print materials.
🌐 Maintain local websites in the company CMS.
📑 Create and update professional, team, and property profiles.
📊 Build relationships with external vendors, research, compare pricing, and recommend new partnerships.
💼 Manage marketing project costs and oversee production.
🔧 Prepare artwork for distribution, ensuring specs, file size, and format are print-ready.
🧠 Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
✨ Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.

What You Need:
🎓 Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
🛠️ Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
🧩 Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
🖥️ Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
📅 Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
