𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗡𝗕𝗢𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗗: 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗨𝗠𝗘 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗

Throwback to one of my favorite passion projects, a perfume branding that only took me a few hours! It's quite a challenge for me to create a brand identity without going to my whole brand strategy. I do love the result!

I can't wait to work with this perfume brand. The result would be dreamy! 😉

Our target launch is this December. In line with the holidays!

Are you confident with your Brand Name and Tagline? ✨

Let’s take Reverie Coffee’s tagline and brand name. (Swipe left to see the philosophy and meaning) 👈

When we're on the stage of planning to start a new business, one of the things that we want to do is to come up with a business name. And let’s admit it, sometimes we just follow our gut and our own interest to come up with a brand name even though it’s not related to what you sell/service.Even your brand name and tagline should be strategic so that your audience will remember you, and eventually, it will build up into an effective positioning in your market and a great way to deliver your message to your audience! Great way to stand out, huh.

✨Reverie means daydream, and when you drink your coffee in the morning or any time of the day you will be lost in your thoughts right? Before I even came up with the brand name, I have a lot of keywords in front of me just to make sure that I'm on the right track. After I came up with Reverie as the brand name, that’s when I will start to research the tagline using my method. Seriously I can speak with you all day about this, haha but I need to make it short.

That’s why “I Think I Can” is Reverie’s tagline. Because coffee gives us an extra boost of courage whenever we need it. Each sip of coffee repeats inside of us: I think I can, I think I can. ✨

Your logo is not enough for your business to stand out and attract more of your target customers. And it’s my role to educate my clients about the importance of brand strategy, assets, and consistent branding. ✨

Let’s take Reverie Coffee as an example, If I only did the logo without taking into consideration how to stand out amongst the sea of other coffee shops out there, without doing market research and the overall brand strategy. It will never have the chance to stand out and the brand will feel so empty.

Brand Tagline: I THINK I CAN

Reverie Coffee's packaging was inspired by the Benguet Mountain Province, where most of the coffee beans came from. I also want to express encouraging and fun words to encourage you to start your day with "I THINK I CAN" thoughts.

Focusing on the brand assets that the brand needs like the packaging design and the marketing collaterals are a great way to attract more clients and establish brand awareness. You will feel proud about your business and how all of these bring your brand to life.

Mockups are the best way to present these assets because you will have the visual representation that will make you feel giddy when you imagined your own brand dominating the market!

☕ Introducing Reverie Coffee Co. ☕

As a coffee lover, I knew that I always wanted to create a sustainable coffee shop branding. My friends and I actually have a plan in the future to have our own!

The main target for the brand strategy, packaging, and visual identity for Reverie Coffee would be a modern, fun, strong, and memorable creation.

The symbol was aimed to represent the shape of a coffee bean to look like a table in a café with two cups and the letter "R" for Reverie in the middle.

My vision for this brand is something that I want to have in a coffee shop, sustainable and empowering! I can’t wait to show you more and share with you the philosophy of the brand!

I really love how the pop of neon green made this brand modern and strong. While the other colors are still classic and a perfect representation for a coffee shop!

🌹 Brands that are committed to their purposeful endeavors are increasingly reporting an INCREASE IN MARKET SHARE, & HIGHER ROI. 🌹

We all know WHAT we do. Some know HOW they do it. But very few actually know WHY they do it.

Let me ask you what’s your why? What’s your purpose? What’s your cause? What’s your belief?
Are you just like everyone else? Doing what you’re doing today just for the sake of profit? To be rich? To be famous?

If you’re attempting to be a person, a brand, or organization with a purpose without any kind of authenticity your audience will quickly screw you. Whatever your target market “Believes” or “Believes In” is something that will get their attention. 👀

As a brand strategist, one of the things that I truly believe when I help my clients build a brand is to dig in deeper on their why’s. I also ask the question “Why does your business exist?”

Brand Purpose is having a position on what your brand beliefs preferably aligned with your audience’s beliefs and committing to that belief in your actions as a brand.

Maybe, you’re thinking if "Is it important for my business? I’m just a start-up." Of course, it’s a YES! Even you’re just starting in your business, brand purpose is still relevant and the key is to know what your audience believe and what the brand leadership believes whether or not they’re aligned. 🌼

Most business owners will think that brand purpose is not gonna be a priority for them. That’s why I’m keeping in mind their perspective and I am here as a branding expert to educate my clients about brand substance and the importance of a strong foundation.

Even though our goal is to grow our business and to grow the brand it doesn’t mean that the purpose itself is not real and that it is not a genuine goal. But, our focus should no longer be on if it will help the brand grow but is mainly on the good that we can do from our purpose.

Some of the well-known purpose-driven brands are Dove, Toms, Patagonia, Warby Parker, and The Body Shop. These brands are proof that when executed well, brand purpose can produce a lot of loyal brand advocates.
