No matter how good your copy is, or kahit gaano pa kagaling yung marketer mo, if what you’re offering is not sellable and not needed by the market, you’ll have a hard time selling it.⁣

What you can do from here is to validate your offer first… and see if it’s something needed by your target market.⁣

Having a quality ad campaign is very important in Facebook as this is one of the metrics that they check to see if there’s a value that people and businesses can get out of it.⁣

Just by simply running your ads without a care to their guidelines and policies won’t be good for you in the long run, just like the images below.⁣

If you’re running ad campaigns for your business, especially realtors and property specialists, always make sure that you’ve already read and reviewed the Facebook Advertising Policies before running your campaigns as this may result in low ad quality.⁣

Blindly running ad campaigns without a care to their policies will make it a lot harder for you to get more results on your campaigns and this will hugely increase your costs and the worst part, you can even get banned from advertising on Facebook.⁣

These two questions on one of the scenes in “The Pursuit of Happyness” are what really leave as the most striking part on the movie for me.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨?
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭?

By asking these two questions repeatedly to someone who has a better standing in life than you, it pretty much ignites that curiosity into “𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞” to learn how someone achieved something they want in life.

And by having that burning desire to accomplish and achieve what you want in life, along with your greatest WHY, no one can ever stop you from doing so.

Just like what Napoleon Hill said on Think and Grow Rich, Principle 1: Burning Desire:

“This principle is not about passion, nor motivation, it is solely about that burning desire for what you really want. If you burn your bridges, never retreat, you will get everything you can imagine in life. Any obstacle which comes your way, will be just that, a small obstacle along the way!”

Having that burning desire to have a better life is what really pushed me from where I am right now.

Just want to share this out with you guys…

I’m not sure if this is the same situation that you have in your area, but when I was travelling, here’s what I noticed.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲…

It’s either the cost of acquiring a billboard ad space is going up; or

there’s a new way to get your products in front of your target market.

If you choose the former and even if you can afford the cost of having a billboard ad space, with this kind of situation we’re in where every person are required to stay-at-home due to the pandemic, how are you planning to bring traffic to your products if they can’t see your billboard ad space outside?

Pretty much, having a billboard ad space right now is not a good idea…

So, you need to find a new way to get your products in front of your target market - social media advertising.

Now, I think every market is applicable on this, but, let’s take real estate properties as an example (because that’s the market that I help, LOL)

If you’re a realtor or a property specialist here in the Philippines who haven’t invested in social media advertising yet, you’re losing a lot in terms of the possible generated income that you can get, time and of course, leads of interested buyers who want to purchase your property.

Aside from that, with social media advertising, you can showcase your properties more given that your target market is in the right social media platform like Facebook for example.

So, if you have the money to avail a billboard space for your properties, you can do so much by using that on social media advertising.

For example, if you're targeting first-time home buyers, you also might want to consider the budget that they're leaning on to purchase a property.

You probably don't want to perform this mistake if you're doing a lead generation campaign because without these call-to-action, collecting your prospects contact information would be impossible. Having those clear call-to-actions are important if you really want to make your lead generation campaigns to be successful as it will get a much better performance compared to those who doesn't have one.

This is probably the most common mistake that real estate agents & brokers commit when collecting leads online, which is letting their leads go cold by not following-up with them. Others stop
following-up with their leads before they even convert them into clients.

The most important part of any lead nurturing program is staying in touch. So, if your leads don't hear anything from you, they will forget you pretty quickly.

You can follow-up with them through SMS messaging, through online messaging like messenger or even do email marketing.
