We are looking for a marketing manager to work towards our partners' goals through efficient digital marketing. The role includes planning, experimentation, analysis, learning and implementing the best strategies across different channels, platforms, and industries to achieve efficient growth. If you're a specialist in more than one platform (social, search, display) even better!
What you bring to the table:
_You have minimum 1 year of experience working in one or more of the following: paid social media, paid search, display (programmatic), SEO + A*O, marketplace optimization (e.g. Amazon, Lazada) and affiliate marketing.
_You are analytical, love metrics, and easily understand how different KPIs and changes in a campaign affect and relate to each other.
_You are creative and enjoy exploring new ways to promote a product or service.
_You enjoy being up to date with industry trends and can quickly learn and adapt to the newest technologies and changes to platform algorithms.
_You constantly think of things to A/B test and enjoy carrying the experiments out.
_You have a good understanding of online marketing, customer journeys, and how to optimise advertising for customer acquisition and reactivation.
_You have a good understanding of the tools you need to work more efficiently, and can implement experiments with measurable results and impact.
_You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Copywriting experience is also a plus.
_You are structured, process-oriented, and are able to meet deadlines whilst managing multiple projects and requests.
What you'll do:
_Work closely with the team to develop ads or organic content to attract and communicate with customers.
_Coordinate with the Growth Team Lead to plan, develop, and implement digital strategies across multiple industries in order to meet our partners' marketing goals.
_Set up, analyze and optimize cross-channel user acquisition and reactivation campaigns.
_Experiment with different approaches and carry out A/B tests to continuously optimise campaigns and grow our partners' customer base and revenue.
_Allocate budgets efficiently.
_Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and partner growth.
