It is official. Apple Pay is now live in the Philippines as of today! 🥰❤️

Your iPhone can now replace your wallet.
You can now add your debit and credit cards to Apple Wallet and pay with just a tap—no physical card needed.

📱 Setup takes less than 2 minutes:

✅ Open the Wallet app
✅ Tap the + button
✅ Add your debit or credit card
✅ Verify it with your bank

Done!

💳 To pay in stores:

• Double-click the Side Button
• Authenticate with Face ID
• Hold your iPhone near the payment terminal
• Wait for the checkmark ✔️

Supported banks at launch include UnionBank, Metrobank, Chinabank, EastWest, GoTyme, Maya, RCBC, and Wise, with BPI support rolling out.

It already works anywhere that accepts contactless payments, including stores like Starbucks and 7-Eleven.
