Another real estate video project I worked on. 🏡

One challenge sa real estate marketing is kapag limited na lang ang inventory. Minsan one or a few units na lang ang available, pero kailangan mo pa ring maipakita nang maayos kung bakit worth considering yung property.

For this project, one unit na lang ang available at The Highlands at Robin’s Lane in Mandaue City, Cebu, so ginawa namin yung video around the actual selling points of the property—location, space, payment terms, and the urgency of the remaining inventory.

For me, this is where AI video becomes really useful. Hindi lang siya about making impressive visuals. It allows us to build a video around the specific situation and selling angle of the project.

Just finished this AI real estate video for one of my real estate clients in the Philippines.

Ang galing na talaga ng AI video production ngayon. Sobrang realistic na ng visuals, mas natural na ang movements, at mas smooth na rin ang overall presentation. Minsan mapapaisip ka talaga kung AI-generated ba siya or actual video shoot.

But for me, the real value of AI for real estate marketing is not just about making impressive visuals.

It’s about helping potential buyers understand the property better.

With the right script, storytelling, and editing, an AI real estate video can clearly explain the project’s location, accessibility, amenities, payment options, lifestyle, convenience, and overall value.

I-share ko lang itong initial result ng bago kong Real Estate AI Video Campaign.

Sa totoo lang, hindi ko rin in-expect na ganito agad ang magiging result. Kahapon lang namin ito ni-run, pero with only ₱588.86 ad spend, may 11 leads na agad—around ₱53 per lead.

Bihira ang ganitong start, lalo na’t upper-mid-market condo ang pino-promote namin, starting at ₱9.1M per unit.

Pero mas impressive yung quality ng mga pumapasok na leads. Makikita sa profiles nila na may purchasing capacity. Nagre-reply din at natatawagan ng client seller ko. Hindi lang basta nag-fill out ng form.

Meron na agad mga nagpapasched for site visit. 1 day palang yung campaign.

Hindi ko rin in-expect dahil AI-generated video lang ang ginamit naming main creative.

Pero siyempre, ginandahan ko talaga—mula concept, script, visuals, pacing, offer, hanggang targeting. Hindi yung puchu-puchu lang na AI video, lalo na kung ₱9.1M na property ang binebenta.

Maaga pa ang campaign at puwede pang magbago ang results, pero magandang start ito.
