π² Sinigang na Hipon β Budget Meal with Chef Butog

π Ingredients:
250g fresh shrimp (hipon) β β±70
1 small radish (labanos), sliced β β±10
1 small tomato, quartered β β±5
1 small onion β β±5
1 handful kangkong or spinach β β±10
1 sachet tamarind soup base (like Knorr) β β±10
Water, salt, and pepper
π³ Instructions:
Pakuluan sa 4 cups tubig ang sibuyas, kamatis, at labanos.
Idagdag ang hipon, pakuluan hanggang lumuto (3β5 mins).
Ihalo ang tamarind mix, lagyan ng asin at paminta.
Isunod ang kangkong, lutuin ng 1β2 mins.

Mas masarap pag fresh ang hipon, pero frozen okay na rin basta mabilis lutuin!
