CONSUMER SALES ADVISORY PROCESS UPDATE
SELF-INSTALLATION FOR DITO HOME POSTPAID APPLICATIONS STARTING SEPTEMBER 29
Please be informed that starting September 29, self-installation will replace the installer-aided service for DITO Home postpaid applications. See step-by-step process below:
1.Customer submits application on the following portals: DXS - eSAF; BP/MD - DSCM App; Online - via DITO App.
2.After credit approval and billing confirmation, customer is directed to the payment gateway and proceeds with payment (debit/credit, and e-wallet only).
3.Customer receives application status updates via SMS, email, and DITO App notifications.
4.Customer can track order status via the DITO App.
5.Upon receiving the DITO Home Postpaid WoWFi device (with pre-installed SIM), customer follows the activation steps for the modem.
Self-Installation Steps:
1.Plug in the modem, and wait 30 seconds for indicator lights to turn white.
2.Connect your phone to the default WiFi (name and password at the bottom of the modem).
3.Log in to the DITO App using your WoWFi number found on the box. Initial password to be sent to the nominated email address and mobile number.
4.Enjoy your new DITO Home WoWFi and start browsing!
