"The customer is always right"
Well,I prefer to say instead that not all customer is right for my business
Just because the customer is willing to open his wallet and pay me for some work,doesnt mean im gonna take the subscription on,
Hear me out here
I found there are two types of customers
There are cheap ones
And Ones that dont mind paying for a service
And what i found is the cheap ones are the pain in the ass
When i first started business
I would take on any subscriber i could
Idd negotiate my rate with customers
And give them a good deal when they asked
But what i found was
This customers who higle are gonna be the ones that complain
If its not about the service its about something else
This type of subscribers obviously has less disposable income for the subscription and because of that,they expect more of done for their money,they aren't gonna be happy paying us 700pesos a month when they might be making only 250 themselves
However on the flipside
The subcscribers that dont haggle my prices tend to be happier with the services
They are not gonna blame you for downtimes and fiber breaks that is out of our control
They are more trusting and they are more likely to tell their friends and family about you
SO WHEN I SAY NOT EVERY CUSTOMER IS RIGHT,thats what i mean
I no longer work for the people who haggle my prices and im getting better at picking customers that are gonna be a pain
There are plenty of other that are providing the service that i am, and if they want a cheap service im sure theres someone whose gonna take it,but not me NO NO NO
Plan 700 tatlong bahay maghahati hahaha sa inyo na yan,masabi lang nila marami?
