In view of the Memorandum Circular No. 94 dated 25 August 2025 issued by the Office of the President, due to the forecasted heavy rainfall brought about by the Low Pressure Area and the South Monsoon, the processing and issuance of Seafarer’s Record Book (SRB) and Seafarer's Identity Document (SID)at the MARINA Central Office is suspended today, August 26, 2025.

Applicants for the issuance of SRB and SID scheduled at the MARINA Central Office on the said date may process their SRB and SID from 27 August 2025 to 05 September 2025.
