MAXX Barbershop — Meta Inbox Automation & System Update
This update focused on improving how customers interact with the business after the initial booking system was already in place.
The setup included page restructuring, branding standardization, booking access improvements, and Meta Inbox Automation using native tools.
Instead of handling every message manually, the system now manages initial inquiries and guides customers directly to the booking process.
Manual replies still happen when needed, but they are no longer the default workflow.
