Job description
1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
• Collaborate with project managers to create a detailed project plan.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules.
2. Site Inspection and Supervision:
• Regularly inspect construction sites to monitor progress and quality.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during construction.
3. Quality Control:
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
• Conduct inspections to verify that work meets the required standards.
• Document and report any deviations from specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Liloan and Consolacion.
👉FOREMAN
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Foreman to supervise on-site workers and ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure productivity targets are met
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor quality, safety, and proper use of tools and materials
• Coordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager
• Report daily progress and site issues
• Maintain discipline and safe work practices on site
