JOMARA confirms that it officially received the Temporary Environmental Protection Order (TEPO) issued by the Regional Trial Court on May 5, 2026, at 2:10 P.M., and is currently in full compliance with its directives.

The issuance of the order forms part of an ongoing judicial process. We respect this process and are currently reviewing the petition in close coordination with our legal and technical teams.

Considering that the order was only recently received and a hearing has been immediately scheduled, the company will refrain from making detailed comments at this time out of respect for the court and the proceedings.
