Our backup power supply can support our main hub for up to 3 hours. If commercial power is not restored within that timeframe, you may experience an internet service interruption.

Earlier today, a power interruption affected our main hub, which resulted in an internet service interruption for some of our subscribers.

Our current backup power supply is designed to sustain operations for up to 3 hours during power outages. We are actively working to improve our backup power capacity to provide better service continuity during extended outages.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please know that our team is doing its best to resolve any issues that may arise, with the goal of restoring and addressing concerns within 24 hours.

As of 10AM we encountered an issue with Loss Internet Connection or system down. Indication that our cable encountered an issue (possible cut or damage).

We apologized for any inconvenience it may have cause to our subscribers.

We will fix the issue the following day as we are currently in Manila getting the paper works and other tools to improve our services.
