Thinking Business Thursday | Episode 9
Before the Customers Arrive
“Nobody talks about this part of owning a business.”
Before the first customer arrives…
The floors are cleaned.
The equipment is checked.
The hoses are organized.
Everything is prepared.
Because customers only see the finished result.
They don’t see the work that happens before the doors open.
One thing entrepreneurship has taught me is this:
Success isn’t built when everyone is watching. It’s built in the quiet moments when no one is.
We’re grateful that our small vendo wash continues to grow because of your support. Every customer reminds us that taking care of the little things is always worth it.
If you’re building a business too, keep showing up. Someone will notice the effort, even if it takes time.
Question for you:
What’s one thing people don’t see behind your work?
I’d love to read your answers. 🤍
