Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Create, curate, and schedule content (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions)
• Manage daily posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers professionally
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
• Manage social media calendars and campaigns
• Handle community management and brand reputation
• Run and optimize paid social media ads (if required)
• Work with influencers or partners when needed
Required Skills
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Creativity and storytelling ability
• Knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
• Understanding of analytics and KPIs
• Time management and multitasking
• Customer service and communication skills
Qualifications (Typical)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (sometimes optional)
• Proven experience managing social media accounts or campaigns
• Portfolio or examples of past work
