WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

- Graduate of any course or equivalent
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

Willing to work on Sundays, holidays and render overtime.

Able to drive and operate Forklift equipment

Willing to be assigbed in Naga City

- Maintain, manage and monitor all customer related operational issues.

- Open 40 and up buying accounts.

- Monitor warehouse delivery operations, product availability and stocks.

- Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues.

- Ensure coordination between sales, marketing, accounts and administrative departments.

- Ensure training to sales and marketing teams.

- Prepare financial statements for the head office.

- Monitor expenses of the branch.

- Ensure profitable results in administrating branch office.

- Develop and communicate business strategies to the branch staff.

- Maintain all relevant databases and update.

- Prepare branch budget and submit to head office.
