VIVA LA VIRGEN! VIVA EL DIVINO ROSTRO!

"Ina Nin Kabikolan", "Mahal Na Ina", Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia, visited Digital Minds BPO's J.Miranda Site in Concepcion Pequeña, Naga City. Together with El Divino Rostro , the annual "Pagsungko" or "visitation" is part of the centuries-old devotion of Bicolanos. This signals the beginning of a month-long celebration of the Peñafrancia Festival which will take place on the 20th of September this year.

Later at 5:00 PM, a Holy Mass will be attended by Digital Minds BPO admins and agents. May the visit of our beloved INA inspire all of us to hold onto faith, peace, and protection under her holy mantle.

LOOK WHO JUST LANDED IN DMI! 😉

During the last week of June, we warmly welcomed a new group of interns from Camarines Norte State College and Ateneo de Naga University. With help from Arwin Oliver of the HR Team, the latest group enjoyed their onboarding activities! In addition to visiting the J Miranda site, they also visited Museo ni Jesse Robredo. They took the opportunity to cool down and gain a deeper understanding of the life and leadership of the former Naga City mayor and DILG Secretary.

They also had fun brainstorming and planning their tasks for the whole internship period. We are excited to see how the program will impact their skills as well as their future careers!

🎓 What Does an Internship at Digital Minds BPO Look Like?🚀

Well, it looks like this. With the new group of interns arriving at the DMI headquarters, let's review some highlights from the February group of interns at DMI.

On February 19, 2026, Digital Minds BPO had a meeting with City Mayor and former Vice President Leni Robredo. Arwin Oliver from the DMI Human Resource team and some interns from local colleges in Camarines Sur were also there. Mayor Robredo thanked Digital Minds BPO for welcoming interns from various schools in the area. The company's internship programs aim to motivate students and prepare them for their future careers. During the orientation, this courtesy call emphasized the significance of strong leadership in any workplace.
