(Public Service Announcement)

We just would like to advise the new Memo from BIR regarding the Ease of Paying Taxes (EOPT) rule. (Revenue Regulation RR 7-2024)

Starting this June 2024, all primary receipts of all business will be called INVOICES.

Official Receipts, previously used as primary receipt by Businesses involved in providing services, will be changed to SERVICE INVOICE.

Thus, we have to advise you to apply a new ATP to adopt with the new rule.

This is effective on June 2024. Transition period will be until December 2024.

Your current unused OR's can still be used either as supplementary receipt or convert it to Service Invoice until end of year, by slashing the word official receipt and stamp the word Service Invoice
