Webee Labs Webee Labs provide all the services needed to deliver a web design and development project.

We provide web consultancy to inform you of your possibilities, move then on to unite the marketing strategy with the concept of the site and then finalize it by programming, scripting and implementing the website. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for engineering standards, technical excellence, team leadership, and delivery quality across multiple projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader who can balance the strategic direction with technical ex*****on.

โœ… Lead and develop Technical Architects and Software Engineers
โœ… Establish and enforce engineering standards, quality practices, and definition of done
โœ… Drive technical excellence, maintainability, and consistency across all projects
โœ… Partner with Delivery and Digital Solutions teams to ensure engineering commitments are realistic and achievable
โœ… Own engineering hiring, performance management, growth, and career development
โœ… Oversee technology adoption, engineering capability planning, and technical readiness
โœ… Guide AI-assisted development practices and engineering governance
โœ… Stay close to the code through reviews, technical spikes, and critical-path problem-solving

โœ” 10+ years of software engineering experience
โœ” 4+ years leading engineering teams, senior engineers, architects, or technical leads
โœ” Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, React, and modern JavaScript technologies
โœ” Proven experience setting and maintaining engineering standards across multiple teams
โœ” Strong people leadership, coaching, hiring, and performance management experience
โœ” Experience leading remote and distributed engineering teams
โœ” Hands-on technical capability with strong architectural decision-making skills
โœ” Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
