Berjamin I am an observant individual who likes to understand the situation first before doing or giving any feedback because understanding the problem first will help me in my decisions. I take a calculated approach so that I will be substantive in my decisions by doing this I sometimes provoke curiosity by delaying my decisions or feedback. I am a private person who you can trust in keeping your
data or task and I will only share it with relevant individuals that will need it. I am a TVL-ICT Senior High Graduate because of the passing of an important person in my life and also because of the pandemic I was not able to continue pursuing college. During those times I felt so little of myself and always looks for something to distract me so I was addicted. I was addicted to reading Fictional books If I remember correctly I spent most of my time just reading even to the point of only sleeping when my body can’t focus. That’s just a bit of my dark history which is not really good for introducing myself but I am showing that I learned from those experience and accepted it. After that phase in my life, I’m still an avid reader but I shift my focus to reading information that can help me grow. I also finished a course for the call center or BPO industry so I can improve my communication skills. After that I worked in a printing shop as an assistant there I dealt with the customers, helped in encoding the sales for the day to keep track of it, and also I was also introduced to various types of work there. Also, I am taking a General Virtual Assistant course right now to enhance my skills in serving others to improve so that I can assist with your work and lessen your burden.
