(PIBFI), will be staging in partnership with its event manager, Elements Marketing & Advertising Services, the “One PhilPrint Print and Media Show 2016” at the World Trade Center Metro Manila in Pasay City, Philippines, on 2–4 September 2016. The event was initiated by PIBFI in light of the establishment of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015, with its over 622 million people that opened a
huge market of US$2.6 trillion. In fact, in 2014, AEC was collectively the third largest economy in Asia and the seventh largest in the world (http://www.asean.org/asean-economic-community/). PIBFI is the premiere umbrella organization of various major players in the Philippine printing industry. It was established on 1 August 1983 as mandated by Article 50 of the Labor Code of the Philippines. Currently, PIBFI has the following member-associations:

Apart from the comprehensive array of print and media products and services to be featured—printing machines, publishing, paper and various substrates, graphic design, etc.—the show will present exhibitors from auxiliary industries, such as banking and real estate, financial and legal consultancy, information and communication technology, and so forth, to help ensure that your print and media business will run smoothly and profitably. One PhilPrint, which is open to the public, will likewise feature photography, poster-making, and news-writing competitions, as well as FREE training programs and performances, to entertain and educate both the exhibitors and the visitors.
