We used to think doing more would lead to better results.
More tasks, more ideas, more output.
But most of the improvement came from removing what wasn’t working.
Constant task-switching.
Deciding everything in real time.
Saying yes too quickly.
All of it created noise, not progress.
Once those were removed, everything became clearer,
