I recently attended extensive training in General Virtual Assistant at the Department of Information and Communication Technology to expand my skills to develop future opportunities. I developed the skills I needed to accomplish my tasks and responsibilities as a virtual assistant. I have great dedication to customer service. Also, I have a keen eye for creativity and designs. With my experiences working in the BPO industry as a customer service specialist for almost 10 years, I was able to hone my skills as an excellent communicator. I can also work with minimum supervision. I have done my work using Canva. I am also knowledgeable using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Presentation. I have been using Google Apps as well like Docs, Sheets, and Slides for my presentations. I take pride in what I do, so I am continually learning and developing more skills that I may specifically need to give you the best virtual assistance service that you need in your business.
