Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage AP, AR, GL, and month-end close processes
✅ Oversee cash flow, banking, and FX exposure (AUD-PHP)
✅ Ensure full BIR and statutory compliance
✅ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
✅ Manage intercompany transactions and reporting
✅ Develop internal controls, policies, and KPI reporting

Qualifications
✅ CPA required
✅ 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in management
✅ Strong knowledge of BIR compliance and statutory reporting
✅ Experience in BPO, shared services, or captive environments preferred
✅ Proficient in Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting systems
