WE'RE HIRING

PART-TIME MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER

GridLab Manila is looking for a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Multimedia Designer to join our team.

We're looking for someone who can support us with social media design and short-form video editing on a consistent basis. While this is a part-time remote position, you'll be working closely with our team and collaborating almost daily across multiple client projects.

If you enjoy creating content, communicating regularly, and growing with a creative agency, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Design social media posts, carousels, and marketing materials
• Edit engaging short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reels
• Adapt content into different formats while maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborate with our creative team on revisions and new ideas
• Organize project files and meet agreed deadlines
• Communicate regularly regarding project updates and progress

QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar creative software
• Strong understanding of social media design and current content trends
• Good eye for typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
• Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality
• Responsible, organized, and responsive to messages
• Can work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Skills
• Adobe After Effects or motion graphics
• Basic photography or photo retouching
• Branding and identity design experience
• Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn content formats
