GMS, the Philippine operations arm of CIMET Group Australia, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead accounting, treasury, tax compliance, financial reporting, and business planning.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage AP, AR, GL, and month-end close processes
✅ Oversee cash flow, banking, and FX exposure (AUD-PHP)
✅ Ensure full BIR and statutory compliance
✅ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
✅ Manage intercompany transactions and reporting
✅ Develop internal controls, policies, and KPI reporting

Qualifications
✅ CPA required
✅ 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in management
✅ Strong knowledge of BIR compliance and statutory reporting
✅ Experience in BPO, shared services, or captive environments preferred
✅ Proficient in Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting systems

Requirements and Qualifications:

✅ 3 years of experience as a Sales Coach in a BPO setup
✅ Preferably knowledgeable in Australian energy, telco, and health insurance industries
✅ Excellent communication and coaching skills

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and coach a team of outbound healthcare insurance sales agents
✅ Ensure achievement of KPIs: conversion rate, contact rate, sales targets, compliance
✅ Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, call listening, and performance reviews
✅ Analyze CRM data and generate performance reports
✅ Coordinate with QA and Operations for campaign improvements
✅ Deliver product and objection-handling training sessions

Compliance Officer

Requirements and Qualifications:

✅ Strong background in sales
✅ At least 3 years of experience as a QA or Compliance Officer
✅ Proven experience in a BPO setting

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Audit and review sales calls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
✅ Document QA feedback, call evaluations, and compliance gaps accurately
✅ Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve agent performance and call quality
✅ Conduct calibration sessions with QA, Team Leaders, and stakeholders
✅ Track compliance trends and identify recurring issues
✅ Prepare and present reports on QA performance and risk areas
✅ Recommend process improvements and training based on findings
✅ Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Training teams to address gaps
✅ Maintain proper documentation for audits and reference
✅ Support internal and external audits with required QA data and insights
