The reason being, is they have tried it and they have yet to get any results in doing it.

When they first heard of social media and that other coaches are succeeding in it...
they jumped in hoping to get the same result to promote their coaching businessโ€ฆ
Only to be overwhelmed, exhausted, and disappointed.

They have posted content, joined groups, run ads, and even gone live even if theyโ€™re uncomfortable. Did everything they could think of but, nothingโ€ฆ

Now they think it doesnโ€™t work because they havenโ€™t got the same results theyโ€™re expecting.
They get disheartened and discouraged and wonโ€™t even touch anything with social media.

This is one of the common challenges health and wellness coaches have.

Itโ€™s easy just to GIVE UP.

But it doesnโ€™t have to be this way.

Social media can be the source of your next clients if done right.
Most businesses and other coaches have done it...

And, admit it or not, social media is already part of the marketing strategy for any business.
Not to mention, also with the consumers' day-to-day lives...
So we could use it to our advantage.

You see social media marketing and management require time, attention, and energy like the other aspects of your business.

And if youโ€™re coaching a client, doing the marketing side of your business above other thingsโ€ฆ

And then you jump to other platforms as well, youโ€™re not just spreading yourself thin, you're exhausting yourself too.

1. Where do I spend most of my time?

This question can help you identify where your focus is.

Are you spending your time doing lead generation, creating content, checking your competitor's page, or "scrolling" (in the guise of research for inspo?)?

2. Do I need to go to other social media platforms and if I do, can I sustain it?

Again one platform can consume time, energy, and effort to maintain or manage a social media platform.

3. Where did I get my past clients?

Did this platform give me leads or clients in the past? What did I do before to get them? And should I use the same strategy to attract more leads/clients?

These questions are not extensive but they will help you clarify what things to focus on moving forward.

I have seen so many coaches with the same dilemma.

They feel like social media is eating all their time & energy.

The 4 hours of social media activities feel like 30-minutes for them.

Or the 30-minutes feel like a whole day for them.

Sounds familiar?

For most of us doing business, social media is one of our avenues to promote our service, network with other business owners, and meet people online.

But if you're a coach, you don't want to spend your entire time doing social media.

You want to deal as little as you could with it.

In fact, if you're on social media, you just want to scroll to your feed.

You just want entertainment and to connect with your friends and fam.

But if you feel like social media is just like another chore to do...
โŒ Another added task in your business...
โŒ Another time-consuming monster that gives frustration and stresses you...

Then it's time for you to assess the amount of TIME you spent on social media. ๐Ÿค”

As a coach who wants to use your time in serving your clients...

โœ”๏ธ or brainstorming other ideas for business...
โœ”๏ธ or simply want to spend your time with your family and with the things you love...

You want to have a strategically allocated time to do all the things you need to do.

Etc...

For example: If one of your strategies is to engage with your social media followers daily.

You can then give 1-2 hours of your time to do so.

Make a schedule for when you are going to do the engagement and follow-through.

Turn off your notifications so you won't get distracted by them.

Or better yet, if you don't want to deal completely with anything on social media, hire someone who can do it for you.

That way, you'll have the time and energy to do the things that matter to you most.

Get someone to help you or follow through with the scheduled time effectively so you don't feel tired and overwhelmed.

A quick google search will show you just how many social media users around the world.

A quick google search and will also show you how many users are there in your country or city.

Of course, not all are your target audience. But imagine the opportunity if at least 1 percent of those users are people who need your coaching service, right?

Another thing to consider is that you can reach audiences that are in different areas with the use of social media.

I can't put more emphasis on how social media can impact your coaching business.

And if the right strategy is implemented it can give massive results to you.

For you to get the most out of social media, set objectives in every post that you make...

That objective should be aligned with your overall business goal.

If your goal is for brand awareness, set a strategy on how you'll put your brand out there...๐ŸŽฏ

Goal: Brand Awareness

Objective: Create an Instagram post educating the audience about your coaching service.

CTA: Visit your website
