Class Time: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
1:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Get ready for TIP (Induction Training Program) Online via Gmeet orientation the day before start of TRAINING.
Attendance is a MUST, NO TIP NO TRAINING (wait for the link and time).

ELIGIBILITY CRITEA:
✔️18yrs old above
✔️Highschool Graduate

PHOTOCOPY OF:
✔️Birth Certificate
✔️Form137/138 if high school graduate
✔️Transcript of Records (TOR) if college graduate
✔️Marriage Contract if married

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
✔️3pcs passport-sized photos with collar (white background with full name)
✔️1 Valid ID (4 copies) with 3 signatures

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION:
