Position Summary:
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and can move fluidly between spreadsheets, decks, CRM tools, and on-the-ground operations. You’ll work closely with the founder to turn strategy into ex*****on and insights into revenue.
Responsibilities include:
• Business Development: Research, propose, and support the ex*****on of growth and partnership strategies.
• Site Selection: Identify and evaluate advertising sites in the field, and effectively pitch opportunities to property owners.
• Operations Coordination: Coordinate the installation and removal of advertising materials to ensure timely and accurate campaign ex*****on.
• Administration & Team Support: Provide guidance and direction to junior team members and interns to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Account Management: Manage client relationships by proactively understanding needs and delivering tailored advertising solutions.
